Mission of the Club

To build entrepreneurial spirit among students by organizing events that promotes innovative thinking, conducting talk series that aids multi-dimensional thinking and connecting students with start-up founders and venture capitalists.

Purpose

The primary motive for the existence of E-cell is to motivate participants towards the path of entrepreneurship by facilitating a channel of valuable resources using which they can develop their ideas into effective business plans. It acts as facilitator to kindle the entrepreneurial spirit among fellow students through various initiatives like interactive sessions, competitions, guest speakers, workshops and conferences.

Functionality

E-cell aims to provide a common platform to facilitate interaction among budding entrepreneurs to discuss with aspiring and existing entrepreneurs, angel investors, venture capital firms, industry experts and other dignitaries from the corporate world. We also annually conduct a National Level B-plan competition with participants from the top B-schools, engineering colleges and start-ups.

Responsibility

Our primary responsibility is to convert a prototype idea into a executable idea. We want the students to think beyond campus placements. We want to hone their entrepreneurial, leadership and communication skill by providing them with lots of opportunities to take. We want to help our students in finding the right contacts, resources and real-world experiences that are necessary to start their own venture.
