At Rangmanch, the Creative Talent Management Club of IIM Trichy, we wholeheartedly embrace this sentiment. Our club is a vibrant hub of artistic expression, promoting a wide array of creative forms, including Music, Dance, Art, Theatre, Photography, and more. Our mission is to inspire and enable students to continue their artistic journey even as they grow and evolve.

Our primary objective is to discover and foster new talents, providing students with the opportunities they need to shine. Rangmanch serves as a stage for students to channel their happiness through art and creativity. We believe in the transformative power of artistic expression, and we make it our mission to create an atmosphere of fun and excitement for our student members.

Rangmanch is committed to unearthing and nurturing talent at all levels—national, college, and state. As a testament to our dedication, we are proud to be the co-organizers of Dhruva, the flagship business and cultural fest of IIM Trichy. In this capacity, we curate and oversee 7-8 captivating events, providing a platform for various art forms to shine.
